Siemoniak on Romanowski hiding in Transnistria: no need to ask Russia for help

Polish Minister for Special Services Tomasz Siemoniak commented on MP Marcin Romanowski's reported hiding in Transnistria, a Russian-controlled region of Moldova. He noted that a European arrest warrant or Interpol red notice would apply anywhere else, but those mechanisms do not function in Transnistria. Siemoniak said he sees no need to approach Russia for assistance in the matter.
