Russian missile strike on Kyiv kills at least 16, wounds 40

Russia launched a large-scale overnight missile barrage against Kyiv, killing at least 16 people and wounding 40. Explosions were heard across the Ukrainian capital. President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Russia had been preparing the attack "for a long time."
