California AG: settling Paramount-WBD merger lawsuit requires 'robust structural remedies'

California Attorney General Rob Bonta told CNBC that settling the states' antitrust lawsuit aimed at blocking the Paramount Skydance–Warner Bros. Discovery merger would require "robust structural remedies." The states filed suit to prevent the deal. Bonta discussed the case with CNBC's David Faber.
