Wioletta B. charged with 144 frauds on Allegro — took payments but never sent furniture
Prosecutors have charged Wioletta B. with 144 counts of fraud after she listed furniture on Allegro.pl, collected payments from buyers in Poland and the Czech Republic, but neither dispatched the goods nor issued refunds. Allegro itself filed the criminal complaint after being forced to compensate the defrauded customers.
