Nawrocki sends "Lex Szarlatan" to Constitutional Tribunal — patients left exposed in the meantime

President Karol Nawrocki has referred the "Lex Szarlatan" law to the Constitutional Tribunal and announced plans to draft alternative patient-protection legislation. Commentator Zuzanna Świerczek warns that until new regulations are in place, more patients risk falling prey to health fraudsters and abandoning effective treatment.
