Nawrocki vetoes public transport bill, sends 'lex charlatan' to Constitutional Tribunal

President Karol Nawrocki refused to sign the amendment to the public transport law, accusing the government of taking shortcuts. He referred the so-called "lex charlatan" bill — concerning patient rights and the Patient Ombudsman — to the Constitutional Tribunal. He did sign the amendment to the law on childcare for children up to three years of age.
