Drunk mother slept as her daughter fell from fifth-floor balcony in Łomża — charged

A 27-year-old woman in Łomża has been charged after her four-year-old daughter fell from a fifth-floor balcony. At the time of the incident, the mother was intoxicated and asleep inside the flat. Prosecutors have opened proceedings related to endangering the child's life and health.
