Poland's Infrastructure Ministry to allow reversed licence plate letter-number order
Poland's Ministry of Infrastructure announced plans to allow reversed licence plates — where numbers precede letters — to address the exhaustion of available combinations for shortened plates. Under the current system, shortened plates begin with letters followed by numbers; the reversed format would expand the pool of available combinations. The ministry has presented details of the draft regulation.
