Presidential office threatens PIT reform veto — calls it "a sham"
Presidential spokesman Rafał Leśkiewicz sharply criticised the government's proposed PIT income tax reform, calling it "a sham." He recalled that President Nawrocki had earlier proposed a second tax bracket starting at 140,000 złoty, but that bill was shelved by Sejm Speaker Czarzasty. The comments suggest the government's PIT bill could face a presidential veto.
