Nawrocki to refer "lex charlatan" law to Constitutional Tribunal; spokesman urges swift Sejm action

President Karol Nawrocki has announced he will refer the amendment to the Patient Rights Act — known as "lex szarlatan" — to the Constitutional Tribunal. Presidential spokesman Rafał Leśkiewicz called on Sejm Marshal Włodzimierz Czarzasty to act on the president's own legislative proposal in the matter as quickly as possible.
