Ukraine repels Russian assault near Vovchansk in Kharkiv region

Ukrainian forces launched an offensive in the northern Kharkiv region and repelled a Russian assault near Vovchansk, according to the Institute for the Study of War (ISW). Russian troops made only limited gains near Kupyansk. Fighting continues along this section of the front.
