Danone's €1bn takeover of Huel approved by competition watchdog

A competition watchdog has approved French food giant Danone's €1 billion acquisition of British nutrition brand Huel. Danone says the deal will help it expand its presence in the nutritional and functional food sector. Huel is known for its complete meal powders and ready-to-drink products.
