Nawrocki sends "lex charlatan" bill to Constitutional Tribunal; Tusk: "Hard to believe"

President Karol Nawrocki has referred the so-called "lex charlatan" bill to Poland's Constitutional Tribunal, blocking legislation designed by the Health Ministry to protect patients from unverified and dangerous medical treatments. Prime Minister Donald Tusk reacted with the words "Hard to believe." The law was meant to prevent the use of harmful pseudotherapies on patients.
