14-year-old caught carrying two passengers on illegal electric motorbike
Police stopped a 14-year-old boy who was riding an electric motorbike — not approved for road use — while carrying two passengers, none of them wearing helmets. Parents of all the teenagers were called to the scene and the case will be referred to a family court.
