Polish President sends anti-quackery patient rights law to Constitutional Tribunal

President Karol Nawrocki has referred the amendment to the Patient Rights and Patient Rights Ombudsman Act — known as "lex szarlatan" — to Poland's Constitutional Tribunal. In a published video, he said the law's aim is justified but that its proposed measures may raise constitutional concerns. He also announced his own legislative initiative on the matter.
