Tusk promises Kraków metro funding — but only once all permits are in place

Prime Minister Donald Tusk assured that funding for a Kraków metro will be found once all required permits — including environmental approval — are secured. Tusk stipulated that the project will not be financed from the taxes of citizens across the whole country.
