ClarityCheck leaks 9 million facial recognition images in a 450GB database breach

Cybersecurity researcher Jeremiah Fowler discovered an unsecured 450GB database belonging to reverse-lookup platform ClarityCheck, containing over 9 million user images including faces of adults, teenagers and children. Files were stored in folders labelled "faces" and "profiles". The company secured access after being notified, and there is currently no evidence of dark web distribution or misuse.
