Tusk accuses Nawrocki of siding with charlatans by referring "lex szarlatan" law to Constitutional Tribunal

Prime Minister Donald Tusk sharply criticised President Karol Nawrocki for referring the so-called "lex szarlatan" bill to the Constitutional Tribunal. "Instead of standing with the sick, he stood with the charlatans," Tusk wrote. The law was designed to restrict practitioners offering ineffective or harmful medical treatments.
