Nawrocki sends 'lex charlatan' bill to Constitutional Tribunal

President Karol Nawrocki has referred the so-called 'lex charlatan' bill to the Constitutional Tribunal for preventive review, neither signing nor vetoing it. He also announced his own legislative initiative — an amendment to the Criminal Code targeting charlatans, with the Patient Ombudsman involved in proceedings.
