Drunk doctor examined only 2 of 22 patients on duty in Świdnik — case dropped

A doctor at a hospital in Świdnik was drunk while on duty in the emergency department, examining only two of 22 patients who presented during his shift. Prosecutors have dropped the investigation, concluding the conduct did not meet the legal threshold for a criminal offence. The doctor will face no charges.
