Nawrocki sends "lex charlatan" bill to Constitutional Tribunal, announces rival proposal

President Karol Nawrocki has referred the so-called "lex charlatan" bill to the Constitutional Tribunal for preventive review, blocking it from taking effect. He simultaneously announced he would prepare his own alternative bill on the matter. The legislation was designed to restrict the activities of pseudomedical healers.
