Morawiecki counters government: proposes raising second tax threshold to 200,000 PLN
Former Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, leader of the "Rozwój Plus" association, has rejected the ruling coalition's tax proposals and put forward his own counter-plan. His key proposal is raising the second income tax threshold to 200,000 PLN per year. Morawiecki claims the plan would leave Poles with an extra 15,000–16,000 PLN in their pockets annually.
