Russia runs dry at 7 in 10 petrol stations as Kremlin admits fuel crisis
Ukraine's drone campaign targeting Russia's energy infrastructure has caused fuel shortages so severe that the Kremlin has officially acknowledged the crisis. Russian authorities have reintroduced previously banned low-grade fuel and are detaining citizens who complain publicly about the shortages.
