Zimbabwe ferry disaster death toll rises to 94

The death toll from last week's ferry disaster in Zimbabwe rose to 94 after two more bodies were recovered, police said. Local Government Minister Daniel Garwe stated the sinking resulted from "negligence and human error by the captain of the boat" and launched a formal investigation.
