US oil firms sign first deals with Venezuela since Maduro's capture
Venezuela's oil minister and a top executive from the state-owned oil company visited Houston this week, signing some of the first contracts with US companies since the US captured Nicolás Maduro. The deals mark an early sign of normalising trade relations between the two countries.
