Poland updates RCB alert system: texts sent whenever fighters are scrambled

Polish Interior Minister Marcin Kierwiński announced changes to the RCB (Government Security Centre) alert system. Poles will now receive text messages whenever Polish fighter jets are scrambled, because of the risk that missiles fired toward western Ukraine could change trajectory. The changes follow lessons learned from recent incidents.
