PZU posts over PLN 3 billion net profit in H1, plans record dividend

PZU Group posted gross insurance revenues of PLN 15.7 billion in the first half of 2026, up PLN 426 million year-on-year, with net profit exceeding PLN 3 billion. The insurance segment performed strongly while banking results were slightly weaker. The group announced a record dividend and is working on a merger of PZU and LINK4, while also expanding in Ukraine.
