Presidential Palace: raising PIT threshold while hiking CIT will cancel out gains for Poles

Presidential Palace spokesman Rafał Leśkiewicz criticised the Tusk government's plans to raise the personal income tax threshold while also increasing the corporate tax rate (CIT). He argued that the two changes cancel each other out and will deliver no real benefit to Poles or businesses. He called the move a PR stunt rather than a genuine tax reform.
