Zelensky sets three priorities for Ukraine's new defence minister Chmara

President Volodymyr Zelensky has assigned Ukraine's newly appointed Defence Minister Yevhen Chmara three key priorities: extending the range of Ukrainian long-range strikes, strengthening air defences, and carrying out a comprehensive reform of arms production, procurement and frontline supply.
