Nawrocki's vetoes may have cost state budget 7 billion zloty — palace hits back
According to money.pl estimates, President Karol Nawrocki's refusal to sign government legislation may have cost the state budget up to 7 billion zloty this year, with losses rising further when NFZ revenues are included. Presidential spokesman Rafał Leśkiewicz rejected the calculations, saying the president "is not the government's notary" and only vetoes laws that violate the Constitution. He added that in several cases corrected bills were returned and signed by the president.
