Berek nominated for Constitutional Tribunal — PiS: "Tusk sends his right hand"
Maciej Berek, former head of the Government Legislative Centre, has been nominated for the Constitutional Tribunal. PiS MP Andrzej Śliwka criticised the nomination, arguing that Berek would have to recuse himself from most cases due to his involvement in the government's work on them. Śliwka accused PM Tusk of "sending his right-hand man" to the Tribunal.
