Russian opposition figure Sergei Vlasenko found dead in Warsaw

Sergei Vlasenko, a member of the Congress of People's Deputies — an organisation classified by Russia as "extremist" — was found dead in a rented apartment in Warsaw. Warsaw police confirmed the death. The circumstances are under investigation.
