Fuel crisis in Moscow: petrol rationed at stations after Ukrainian strikes

Petrol stations in and around Moscow have begun rationing fuel, with long queues forming at some pumps. The shortages are the result of successful Ukrainian strikes on Russian energy infrastructure. The Russian government had declared the fuel market stable just at the end of July.
