Russian drone breaches Romanian airspace — Kyiv shelled, at least 12 killed

During a large-scale overnight Russian strike on Ukraine, a drone crossed into Romanian airspace and crashed in an uninhabited area. Spanish F-18 jets were scrambled in response to the incursion into NATO territory. In Kyiv, at least 12 people were killed in the bombardment.
