Digital banking booms in Poland but leaves some citizens behind, NBP study finds

An NBP study shows that while the growth of digital banking has made life easier for many Poles, a significant group remains financially excluded. Experts from the Financial Ombudsman's office warn that banks' digital direction should not shut out a portion of customers. The issue particularly affects older people and those without access to modern technology.
