Tusk unveils tax reform: new 24% rate and raised thresholds

Donald Tusk's government has announced a major overhaul of Poland's income tax thresholds. Plans include a new 24% rate for earnings between 130,000 and 150,000 zloty, raising the first tax threshold to 130,000 zloty and the top threshold to 150,000 zloty. The changes are designed to ease the burden on the growing middle class, with the cost borne by large corporations and the wealthiest taxpayers.
