Major renovation means a new energy certificate — costs up to 1,300 PLN

Since 2023, an energy performance certificate has been mandatory for almost all properties in Poland. After a major renovation, the owner may be required to obtain a new certificate. The cost of issuing a new document can reach up to 1,300 PLN.
