Mortgage margins near multi-year lows as Polish banks compete on price

In August, only two banks adjusted their variable-rate mortgage margins — one up, one down — signalling a period of stability. The average margin level is now significantly more attractive than in previous years and is approaching multi-year lows. Analysts describe current mortgage offers as relatively cheap by recent standards.
