Polish prosecutors seek to take over Hungary bus crash investigation and extradite driver

The prosecutor's office in Krosno announced on Wednesday its intention to take over the investigation into the fatal Polish coach crash in Hungary. If approved, all documentation from Hungarian investigators would be transferred to Poland, along with the suspected driver, who is currently held in custody in Hungary.
