New speed camera rules in Poland: car owners face fines up to 7,500 zł
Poland's Ministry of Infrastructure is planning a major overhaul of the CANARD speed camera system. The draft introduces a 5–6 km/h measurement correction and aims to end the practice of dragging out cases and failing to identify the driver caught on camera. Vehicle owners who refuse to name the driver could face fines of up to 7,500 zł.
