Poland plans 24% income tax rate and higher top-bracket threshold from 2027
The Polish government plans to introduce a new 24% PIT income tax rate from 2027 and raise the threshold at which the 32% rate kicks in. The reforms will also affect the flat-rate tax, corporate income tax (CIT), and the solidarity levy. Specific income thresholds and the full scope of changes have not yet been disclosed.
