Disney sues FCC to block early licence review of ABC stations

Disney and its ABC network have sued the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), seeking to block an early review of licences for eight local TV stations. The lawsuit alleges the regulator's actions are an attempt to pressure the newsroom and punish it for its broadcast content. Trump had previously called for ABC's licence to be revoked.
