Gold mine collapse in Central African Republic kills over 100

A gold mine collapsed on Tuesday in the village of Zamboye in the Central African Republic, near the border with Cameroon, killing more than 100 people. A local mining association official confirmed the death toll, while a youth council member warned it could rise further as rescue teams continue pulling victims from the rubble. Cameroonian nationals are also among the dead.
