Komorowski on Berek's nomination to Constitutional Tribunal: "Government is pushing limits"

Former Polish President Bronisław Komorowski criticised the Tusk government's decision to nominate Maciej Berek as a Constitutional Tribunal judge. Speaking on the programme "Punkt Widzenia Szubartowicza", he said he does not understand the move and that "the current government is pushing the limits on this matter." He added, however, that PiS had gone even further before.
