OpenAI revokes cybersecurity researchers' access to low-guardrail AI program
Multiple cybersecurity researchers reported suddenly losing access to OpenAI's Trusted Access for Cyber (TAC) program, which provides AI models with fewer guardrails to vetted users. The researchers were not given an explanation for the revocation. The TAC program was designed to allow verified security professionals to test OpenAI models under relaxed restrictions.
