Hacker steals $1.4 million in Bitcoin by exploiting six flaws in Maya Protocol

An attacker exploited six separate software vulnerabilities in the cross-chain Maya Protocol to drain Bitcoin and other digital assets worth $1.4 million. The hack caused the protocol's CACAO token to plunge in value. Maya Protocol halted operations after the exploit was discovered.
