36 aid workers killed in South Sudan since January, surpassing all of last year

At least 36 humanitarian workers and contractors have been killed in South Sudan since January, already surpassing last year's total of 31. The UN has urged greater protection for aid personnel as deadly attacks continue to surge in the country.
