Google buys bankrupt Spirit Airlines' data to train its AI

Google has purchased data from bankrupt Spirit Airlines to use in training its artificial intelligence systems. The tech giant assured former airline employees and customers that the data will be scrubbed of personally identifying information before use. Spirit Airlines' data was made available as part of its bankruptcy proceedings.
