Libyan government holds crisis talks in Tunisia over energy and instability

Members of Libya's internationally recognised government, led by PM Abdulhamid Dbeibah, held crisis talks in Tunisia this week. Libya's national oil corporation said the country needs around $40 billion in investment to maximise its energy resources. Unreliable energy access is fuelling instability from fighting between rival factions and political rivalries.
