mRNA melanoma vaccine extends relapse-free survival in phase 3 trial

A personalised mRNA vaccine against melanoma, used in combination with immunotherapy, significantly extends relapse-free survival compared to immunotherapy alone, according to results from a phase 3 clinical trial involving more than a thousand patients.
